We sell our pizza dough in conveniently packaged and proofed frozen dough balls, with a frozen shelf life of 4 months. In total, we offer four different options of dough to best fit your needs.

Semolina flour is a yellow-colored flour with a coarse texture. If you didn’t know any better, you might think it was cornmeal, but semolina flour is actually made from wheat. Semolina flour is made from durum wheat, which is the same wheat used in couscous and some dried pastas.
Our semolina dough is perfect for brick oven pizza because it performs well and doesn’t burn as easily in high temperature ovens. Our semolina dough is sweet and rich, and offers a thin, crumbly and memorable texture.
